Back training today (even though my next event is mid-October) with a 5km run and a 2km swim.

Feeling good.

Even though I was blipless at the end of the day.

Geek observation: I couldn't remember which stupid comedian used to have "L" and "R" on their wellies. So I typed "Comedian Wellies Left Right" into google. The top hit: Jimmy Cricket. I love the internet.
