Last chance saloon

It was a beautiful evening, and it occurred to me that it could be the last one of the year, so I grabbed my bike and went for a ride along the canal.

I rode to Wigan, which involved about 5 miles of previously undiscovered (by me) towpath.
Some pretty scenery, especially around Wigan flashes.
And there were locks!
