Apple Dumplings again tonight

I've blipped the screw before. Here's them enshrouded in puff pastry ... centers filled with brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and a pinch of nutmeg. Doused in a wash of melted butter and roughed up egg. Splashed with sugar ... then off to the oven.

Tis the season, so it is.
