A busy day today, I headed out to my mum's this morning then we went across to my Nana's for lunch. It was good to catch up with her and get shown all the things that my grandpa has done in the garden, including this tree. After lunch we went into Motherwell and went to Primark so I could get another pair of shorts for going away. I also got soap flakes so that I can hand wash my silk dress from Helen's wedding that's been sitting in the bottom of my laundry basket for a month.

Late afternoon I headed back into Edinburgh and went down to Teviot with my brother. We then bumped into the Axis of Awesome guys and I somehow got talked into fliering for them for an hour. It was good fun. Kate then came and met me and we went to see the show, me for a second time within a week but I still enjoyed it.

Then I met up with uni friends and had time for a drink in the standing order before heading to Best of the Fest.
