Amalfi

Sorry no blips been out if wifi for a week in Le Marche, a beautiful place between Tuscany and Umbria, we were staying with some great mates and celebrating a 50th birthday, we cycled, ran, walked exploring the region, famous for verdicchio wine, its hills, sunflower fields and good buffalo mozzarella, very friendly people, a wave and a ciao really do go a long way. We are now on the Amalfi coast and the weather is gorgeous the scenery amazing and the food and drink bellissimo, this is a spritz an Italian aperitif, aperol, prosecco and soda, yum, herbal too so must be good.
