A visit from God

We were very honoured! God and the Professor blew in today for a spot of lunch as they are holidaying for a few days just across the water. So lovely to meet them - it's so funny how much we know about each other even though this was the first meeting and how easy it is to find lots to talk about; and always great to put a face to a journal. TJ came too before heading off to her working group. The cameras were out! We ate in the conservatory (note the abundant grapes) and pretended it was still summer though in fact it rained steadily. Not sure I'll make a swim today.
