You will never guess where i have been. Yes, Parc Slip Nature Reserve, again. We went down a different track that we have never been on before. We came across a large wooden hide. I have never been in a hide before and wasn't that impressed, although i expect if you are a twitcher you might think differently. It was much cooler and it was strange to have to wear a coat. It won't be long before the hat, scarf and gloves will be out.
Our evening meal tonight is, fillet of Beef Wellingtons topped with a mushroom and chicken liver pate duxelle, and wrapped in buttery puffed pastry served with J's French beans and new potatoes. The wine is a French Bordeaux given to me by a friend for my birthday. Mmmmmm can't wait.
