New hope

I love winter; but delight in the spring. I've chosen this photograph of a pinchusion (Leucospermum) in my garden, to represent today. I'm sure I'll share many more photographs of this wonderful shrub which has just started to flower. It's been a cold, grey day in Cape Town, with more rain. The bright flowers and unopened buds represent optimism, despite the grey wetness which currently surrounds me. May the week ahead bring you joy.
