Laguna Beach Art Festival

One of my favorite annual events in one of my favorite SoCal beach towns. This time I was struck by the audacity of the hillside seen in this view. From this point we are looking through the art festival booths (in shadow), and beyond that through a patio area, a parking area, a six lane road, another parking area and then over a bit of a ditch and then, finally, at that hillside.
It seems almost like a hollywood backdrop.
Anyhow... for whatever reason, it caught my eye.
