An Unexpected Visitor

Nina, my granddaughter! She came on a surprise visit today, parents in tow. She now looks very like her father, but we know that kids' faces change in the course of time, but what the heck ... we call her Nina Ballerina :) 9.5 months old and starting to babble. We are happy and thankful every time we get to see her, which is not as often as we would have liked. We take every visit as it comes, and occasionally, when they're home, we drop by, too.

Quietly by myself, I hope things turn out well. As grandparents, we know there is a line which can't be crossed and we respect that. If she could have 3 wishes, my magic wand is on standby.
