Making an entrance!

We have been without an Internet connection since arriving in France on Friday. Hence just one blip from my i-phone very quickly at Stansted.

We have a family from Paris staying in our villa and their daughter they held her wedding in the village on Saturday. She was married in the local church and the reception was at the restaurant on the beach. There was no expense spared. The venue was hired for two days. The reception began by Laura and her husband arriving by boat to the beach, where she was met by over 200 guests.

Dinner, speeches and then a party followed a champagne reception. The celebrations continued until dawn. Sunday started very hazily for many and was followed by brunch at the venue.

So this is the newly weds arriving from the church!!
