Beach Life

Another day, another beach....this time on the south of the Forth and in the sunshine! Had a relaxed breakfast and then a refreshing walk along the beach at Gullane. The sea was out and the beach busy with people - dog walking, building sand castles and kite flying! We popped to the German bakery in the village to get some rolls for lunch and then sat up on the dunes watching life in the bay whilst we ate. Came home and made some English muffins - as part of my '40 breads in a year project', and a pile of Scotch pancakes...a few supplies to keep us going until tea!
