Olton Mere

By the time we had circumnavigated the mere the rain which you can see in the distance had arrived in force. We have a 'dog walking' permit for the mere which is leased from British Waterways by the local sailing club. Although we don't have a dog it makes for a pleasant pre dinner stroll - although less so in a monsoon!
