Water Tower

This is a feature at Cardiff Bay. It is a 70 foot high stainless steel tower with water streaming down its sides.

In the fictional TV 'Torchwood' series, a spin-off from Dr Who, the underground headquarters was reached via a lift at the base of the Water Tower - all imaginary of course. But some fans were spotted searching for the lift!

I blipped the other side of the Tower on June 30th, a day when the water was turned off.
