Eggs

Busy day. Couldn't sleep last night so woke up late. Went down town to get some bits and pieces for the music festival I'm going to next weekend, then went for a walk to a wood where I've been told you can find apricots (none there today but I've no idea whether it's the right season).

On the way home, I finally managed to get a photo of the sign for the 'egg drive in'!

Packed for Wales, as I know I'm going to be busy the next couple of days, then made a duck and orange salad. Another Nigel Slater - I have yet to make anything of his that is not delicious!

I now intend to chill out for the rest of the evening.
