beautiful countryside

After yesterday's birthday shenanigans, we filled ourselves up with a massive cooked breakfast, and then went to Dovedale for a walk. Some of us climbed Thorpe Cloud. I worked out that it was probably about 25 years since I climbed it last, and yes, it did seem a lot steeper today!

However, three of us made it in one piece to the top, and we have photos to prove it. However, this photo, taken half way up of the hill opposite, seemed to illustrate the grandeur of the countryside better.
