One for Nicky!

Hangover Sunday. The rain was welcome for a cosy lazy day at home after a fun Wedding yesterday. However the need to collect my car and friends being unable to give me a lift meant enduring the run to back to the venue. There was a break in the rain and a bit of sunshine started to break through so I took the scenic route along the river and enjoyed taking in the fresh air. Suprisingly the run felt good and I managed to get back my 9minute miles that have been missing on my slow runs I have been completing of late.

Just as I pulled up at home the rain kicked in once again!
