The most artistic thing I have done all weekend

I have been nailed to my desk all day working on my essay (cheesy pun intended). It has been hard and fascinating in equal measure. I realised that I had done nothing else all day so I have just treated myself to shiny nails. I have done my toes too (and then just this second, kicked a speaker and smudged them).

My blips in recent days have been functional and not at all artistic. I think that might be the way of things for a while. Please bear with me.
