Pea Pods....

We've been harvesting some of the veggies from the garden....

Maria has gathered more spinach than i can ever imagine eating...we've been getting quite creative for future spinach dishes....if you have any weird and different ideas please let us know!

I picked the peas....popped a few in my mouth as i went, it's a very satisfying feeling....not only the munching on freshness as you pick, but preparing and freezing it all with the knowledge that in the deep dark winter, there will be sweet peas and luscious spinach! and we've only just begun!!!
