Bunt

I decided to try out my new Bundt cake tin, as I discovered a recipe that seemed to be the right size for the tin.
Unfortunately there were a few errors in the recipe, which asked for 40g bicarbonate , which cooks amongst you will know is rather too much!
Anyway the tin worked well, but I am still looking for a good recipe. Maybe a coffee flavour one would be nice.
