Chicken!

I feel a wee bit guilty posting this, given Wally II's complaints about student food & cooking for herself, but it was good

... Yum Yum as an old neighbour of our's used to say, indeed write, at the end of any recipe she wrote out for you!

The only tricky bit in this recipe is portioning the chicken, especially when trying to do it with a tiny pen knife - buy yourself a decent knife is my recommendation :-)
