Roasted.......

A busy day, getting those beginning of year/term jobs done which always take longer than they should. I had arranged a 5pm walk with my sister who lives locally but the heavens opened and she cancelled..being more of a fair weather walker, so that gave me some extra time... and I still haven't finished.

Wonderfully, roast dinners cook themselves! I have a special friend who loves roast dinners and roast potatoes, so these are for her. I omitted to give her a roast dinner when she was here in the summer this year. Sorry Sherry!
