Royal Mile #1

This is why I love the Fringe. You can see a guy wearing pink flipflops playing YMCA on a brass instrument!

I had a day off work today, and E and I headed in to the Royal Mile to see if we could get hold of some free preview tickets.

We saw:

- Iszi Lawrence (stand up)
- Ward No 6 (a Chekhov play)
- WitTank (a sketch show)
- Idiots of Ants (a sketch show)
- Andrew Lawrence (stand up)

A good variety, and all heavily discounted or free.

I would very much recommend Idiots of Ants to anyone, and Andrew Lawrence to those who are not easily offended. WitTank were good too, and could be one to keep an eye on.

Last night we saw The Gadabouts who did the only sketch in three years of Fringe-going to make me laugh until I cried. Keep an eye on them too!
