In Need Of Some TLC

I passed this house for years on my way to work and have watched it deteriorate. Recently it was put up for sale and was sold very quickly and I presume quite cheaply due to the condition it was in. A week or two ago the trees and bushes were all cut down. I am going to follow its progress, and one almost opposite, over the next few months. I will do a before blip of that one in the next few days.
