Thanksgiving Preparations: I like mine with lumps

Ahh yes, not too long until my all time favorite holiday of the year ... Thanksgiving. I have begun my planning and this is my newest addition/necessity!

You see, I like my mashed potatoes with some lumps in them .... can't take the chance that some well-meaning helper will over-mash them with the electric anymore!

This is a thing of beauty and should do the job just fine .... after all we usually cook up about 20 to 25 pounds of Idaho's best!
