Yummy food

Back home after a week in Lapland. I did an awesome hike from Pallas to Hetta with my sister, I might backblip photos from there when I have the time to look through all the photos I took there.

This here is watermelon curry, I had to try and make this when I saw the recipe. The Vegan Stoner: Watermelon Curry

It was yummy. The watermelon really sucked in all the flavours. Only thing I'd do differently is I'd marinade the tofu and add the fresh cilantro I bought specifically for this and then forgot :D
