Old Hairy Legs

I think that in a past blip I mentioned that all the spiders in our house are called Fred ( son of/ father of etc.). This one is just too big to fit any of these, Dracula is nearer the mark. End to end he's over 3 inches and had got himself trapped in the deep utility sink. Usually an old towel draped over the edge will provide an escape route but that didn't work today. He, or should it be she, needed encouraging to climb onto the towel so that he could be set free.
