A get well 'gladdy' for Frank.

Two friends were coming to stay today - that was until Frank decided to dive off the top diving board in his bathroom and did himself an injury. As soon as he dived he realised he was not at the pool but at home!
Aaaaargh -painful and so they cannot come up from Somerset to Lincolnshire.
