An evening .....

..... run / walk.

This evening I had a call from Mr M asking if I fancied going for a run with him Ali and Di. I'll be running with the Harriers tomorrow evening so decided to give running a miss today, but joined the three of them with Eban and had a brisk walk instead. My walking pace is fairly quick so I more or less kept up with the other 3 for the four miles and Eban had an extra bonus walk this evening.

This photo was taken as the sun was setting on the moor and myself and Eban were waiting for Mr M and Di to catch us up after we turned back a bit early. So today's blip is .....
