It's a start

Our orchard was planted just two years ago. In the first year I pruned the trees hard so thst they could concentrate on producing roots rather than fruit.

So this is their first year of production. I'm thrilled to bits with the health of the trees and the quality of the fruit. These are Reine de Reinette apples - given as birthday presents last year by blippers DC and Juggsy. Thanks girls.

The loquat, peaches, cherries, apricots, Victoria plums and Fuji, Granny Smith and Elstar apples have all done equally well. We're truly in fruit tree country here.
