September Challenge - Drinks/Rise

Day 8 of DDW's September daily challenge - Rise and a dip into HeartFreek's challenge - Drinks.

The banoffee pie yesterday was received so well a picture of it ended up being posted by the Mum on her facebook page, as the only picture from the day.

Today's blip was harder to get together. I had to think long and hard to come up with anything different for either theme, when I finally had that spark of inspiration it worked for both.

Mr and Mrs Woodman wanted to demonstrate the trick of raisins going up and down in a glass of champagne. No champagne in the house, although I do have this bottle. As I'm not allowed alcohol at the moment (it reacts with medication) I wasn't inclined ot open the bottle to do the demonstration, and as the only fizzy drink in the house was Dr Pepper, which is dark enough to hide any raisins in it, there was no actual demonstration, just the preparations for it of a drink and some raisins that rise!
