School Day #1

It's all happening at once! His 5th birthday & now his first day at school...
He was a tiny bit anxious but on the whole pretty excited. The uniform is a hit too being the favored primary colour.... He even has red socks...
I chose this picture as I find his nonchalant stance pretty amusing with his collar popped.
I hoped those boots would last him the year but even after one day I'm not wholly convinced...!
Day one (well, the half day that he was there today) went down well, not so sure he realises yet that he's got another 11 years to go...
