Parmesan Cheese in the Making

We stayed in a lovely Bed & Breakfast in a small town in northwestern Italy called Bedonia. The B&B is called "Villa Tre Angeli" and is owned by a lovely couple who seem to know everyone in town. The wife is American and the husband is Italian but speaks English, so communication is seamless for an English speaker. We had a private tour of the local cheese factory, toured a prosciutto factory and had daily excursions to the Cinque Terra, Florence, and the Italian Riviera.

The town is lovely and has some wonderful restaurants.
