Data transfer.....

......the postie has just delivered a (cheap as chips, it's an experiment) usb cassette player all the way from China (free p&p, delivered in less than 10 days from ordering, how do they do that for a selling price of £14.99?).....IF it works (and that's a big 'if') and the sound quality isn't too appalling (another big ask given the price), I'm going to start transferring the huge pile of audio-books-on-cassette (that I haven't listened to for years since my last cassette player died a death) into mp3 format and onto cd.......with the heating on.....it's chilly out....
