First training run today as preparation for the 50km Cycle the Solway event in support of Eden Valley Hospice.

I went from Silsden to Skipton and back; outwards along the canal tow path and back via the main roads.

Legs = tired
Lungs = burning
Heart = thumping
Bum = numb
