Feeling rather guilty as Sunday's big bike ride was a bit much for Nevis and Skye in particular - they were both stiff and sore yesterday and Skye had ripped the pads on her front paws a bit.

This was supposed to be a gentle stroll to loosen them off a bit, but you can't tell them that!
