Car park

My one and only picture taken today, how annoying is this bit of parking. I don't know the story behind it but it smacks of arrogance, self importance, can't be bothered or parking rules don't apply to me!

I could understand if it was a dash into the store and straight out, but I was a good 40 minutes and it was like this when I arrived and left. Just as well it was a large car park and there were plenty of other spaces to be had I may have had to leave a note explaining my displeasure otherwise.
