The Catcher In The Rye

I rarely remember my dreams but last night was different. I was 20+ years younger, still at school and FEELING the intense emotions of youth - a mixture of sorrow, love, defiance. Of course I was heavily charged with existentialism in those days and was seeing the world through the eyes of Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, Boris Vian. There was this quiet and firm inner resolution to never succumb to the beaten track but instead live adventurously, differently.

I'm so grateful for this journey through time and don't even want to know what its mission was...
