Bake Off Time -

This week it is Pie and Tart week.

It was my turn to buy the Bake treat to eat with our cuppa while
watching the show. My son requested a Bakewell Tart but without
and almond topping which was a hard ask.

I settled on these ones which are chocolate and caramel , scummy
with not a soggy bottom in sight.
