Table football

Rose was cheered to see her cousins after school. Emily, Isabel and Tom played table footie with her and they perked her up at the end of a tough day of upset that started at 0600.
Mum, Martin and I had a nice chat this afternoon. He's very tired. Hope he manages to get his fluctuating pain situation sorted out soon. It's hard to see him in such discomfort, but as ever he still manages a smile.
