We have done so much today! We planned what we were going to visit each day while we had breakfast in the apartment, and pretty much didn't stop walking until we got back there in the evening.

We visited the Sacré Coeur, which is close to us, and then walked down to Opera, because we weren't sure what it was. It turned out to be the national academy of music, and a really beautiful building. There was a man outside playing the piano. He was ridiculously talented!

After Opera, we headed over to the Louvre. We knew it was closed on Tuesdays, but we were only really bothered about going to see the pyramids outside, but having seen that I think we might go inside too now if we can fit it in this week. We had our packed lunch outside the Louvre, and then walked across Pont Alexander III with all of the padlocks (as demonstrated above!) and then walked up the Champs Elysées to the Arc du Triomphe. A jam-packed day!
