Pies and tarts

Ok so the title has nothing to do with the photo, but everything to do with the really rubbish emergency blip, because of course I was watching the Great British Bake Off.

My blanket is coming along, really loving the speed at which crochet works up, if I'd been knitting I would probably have only mustered an inch or two.

Anyway away to bed for me, I can't do what I did this morning - which was have an extra hour in bed it doubled my commute and then obviously has the knock on effect of get in later, means I have to stay later, which means hello traffic (that and I really function less well after 11 am lunch)
