On One

Today and particularly tonight Bruce has been on one. He has not behaved like a cat on the way out, though he does sound like one. He has always been a yowler, but currently he is non-stop.

It is a wonder the neighbours have not lynched us, given the level of noise.

I can only presume this has something to do with a change of diet giving his some extra energy, or it is because he did not move all day yesterday from his bed. As active as he is today I am not sure it is a positive sign, particularly given we need to try and get some sleep. He is occupying my thoughts a lot at the moment, especially when he wakes me during the night.
