Piano Man

I had a meeting this afternoon at a cafe on the upper concourse of St Pancras station in London.

On the way to the meeting I spotted a guy dressed all in black playing a piano near to the Betjeman sculpture and assumed he was a paid entertainer.

When the meeting finished and I was heading back I spotted this chap pounding out an impressive tune on the same piano. Given his clothes and the case next to him he is obviously a commuter/tourist/traveller.

Now I don't know if the piano was there for anyone to have a tinkle of the ivories or whether this chap took advantage of the other guy taking a toilet break.
