Ygraine

I walked all the way to my nearest council library at lunchtime today to see if a book I had reserved had finally arrived. The librarian seemed bemused that I would think it takes "a day or two" for books to travel from one Edinburgh library to another. So a bit of a wasted journey, but I took a few street scenes so I didn't trudge back to the office totally despondent.

The sun was out when this subject's beautiful hair caught my eye. I wanted to try a less orthodox portrait angle to capture the gorgeous colours; well less orthodox for me anyway.
