Scuzz

Today has been lovely! A day off from the shop to go up and see #2 Daughter & her partner. It should have been his day off too but he works in tourism so was needed in Edinburgh this evening.

The day started so well, photographically speaking, with some cute young ducklings at Annandale Water Services. Their mother had flown out of the pond but three of the ducklings were trying to climb the sheer wall to follow her! I shouldn't laugh.

A reliably good lunch was had in Leith followed by several trips up and down to Daughter's 3rd floor flat with re-cycling and some boxes of books from their uni days which we will store to give them a bit more space while they continue their sorting.

I couldn't go there without having a play with the ferrets. Quite a challenge holding onto a ferret and a camera and hoping I was aiming at the right place! This one is called Scuzz.
