This cake represents about 300 hours of work and it is a real bakery, but needless to say, he doesn't sell too many of these. They are mostly for competitions the baker goes to around New England and even the country. It is made of Chocolate Fondant and I hope some cake batter too. It is a form of creative expression I am told and it is definitely creative. He had about 8 just as intricate as these. See them here
