musician??

It stopped raining about 4pm this afternoon so I ducked outside with the intention of taking a walk. Got outside and froze so did a quick walk around the block took a couple of photos and ducked back inside again. Next time I come to Astana I will wear warmer clothes and shoes! Not sure who this guy is but he has a large park with fountains and flowerbeds around him. I think the musical instrument he is holding is a local kazakh one, similiar to a guitar but only two strings, not sure of its name.
