Heron - Peg's Pond Isabella Plantation

When I arrived at Isabella the pond was almost deserted. Being an overcast and slightly chilly day there were few folk around today. So I was really pleased to see this Heron posing so nicely for me when I was on my way out of the plantation this afternoon. I was undecided as to whether to use this image, or one I took of him taking off from the bridge.
