Weight Training

Was at my physiotherapist yesterday for some more work on my neck and shoulders. She finally admitted that in physio speak they call very painful "uncomfortable" so that being the case I had a very uncomfortable half hour.

She decided that I should now start some work on the muscles in my arms but was to take it easy to start with. I had visions of small dumbells that I could sit and use when watching TV at night. Turns out I am to start by only doing ten arm curls on each side with this small tin of hooped pasta (other varietes are available). She will review me in a month to see if I can graduate to a full size tin of beans.

I really did not realise just what a mess my neck was really in.
